By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
QPAI provides AI-powered business automation on monthly subscription plans (Spark, Ignite, Blaze) and a one-time Website Design service. Plans are billed monthly and are cumulative in features.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. The Website Design fee ($750) is a one-time charge that includes your first month of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation, you are responsible for payment through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing month. Quantum Precision AI LLC reserves the right to introduce minimum commitment contracts (6-month or annual terms) in the future, which will be communicated prior to enrollment.
QPAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
